What happens after the trial?
Seven days, then pick a plan or the account freezes. What you keep and what gets locked.
The trial runs for 7 days from the moment you start it during onboarding. You get 150 credits, one project, three pages and the Haiku model. No credit card needed, but a phone number is: one number, one trial. That is our protection against people signing up again every week.
There is deliberately no free tier. After seven days you either pick a plan or the account goes quiet.
Seeing the time left
The dashboard header shows how much of your trial is left. Partial days count as full ones: as long as there is any time remaining, it says at least "1 day".
If you pick a plan
Everything continues. Your projects, tickets and previews stay exactly as they are. You get your plan's credit allowance, more projects, more pages and the stronger models.

Every plan has fixed limits. If one project needs more, you book it instead of moving up a whole plan: an extra project is 7 EUR per month, ten extra pages are 4 EUR.
Paying yearly saves 20 percent: Dev 182 EUR, Pro 470 EUR, Team 1,430 EUR per year.
We are a small business under section 19 of the German VAT act. Invoices therefore show no VAT, and you cannot deduct input tax from them.
Checkout does not work yet
The payment flow is finished, but our prices are not set up on the Stripe side yet. Until then, checkout aborts instead of taking you to the payment page. If your trial expires during the beta, message us in support. We extend it by hand, and nobody loses their work.
If you do not decide
The account is frozen. In practice:
- AdenAI no longer starts new tickets. Anything you try comes back as "Blocked" with the reason in the thread.
- Everything is kept: projects, tickets, comments, code, uploaded files. Nothing is deleted.
- You can still sign in, read and download.
- The moment you activate a plan, work continues exactly where you left off.
Two honest notes about freezing
Freezing is done by a daily background job that is not switched on yet on the server. Until it is, nothing happens by itself the day after your trial ends.
Freezing deletes nothing, and nothing is deleted later on its own either. There is no deadline for it, because there is no deletion job. If you want your data really gone, delete your account yourself, see Deleting: ticket, project, account. Or tell us in support.
Cancelling your subscription
You cancel through the same payment portal as your invoices: Plan & Billing, then Invoices & payment methods. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, nothing is switched off straight away. Only after that does the account rest the way it is described above: everything is kept, AdenAI just does not start new tickets any more.

If a payment fails
On an active subscription you get a 7 day grace period. Everything keeps running during that time and you can update your payment method in the Stripe customer portal (link under Billing). Only after that does the account freeze.
Skipping the trial
During onboarding you can skip the trial and pay straight away. You then get your plan's allowance instead of trial credits. Sensible if you already know what you want to build and 150 credits would not get you there.
